This newly renovated 1-bedroom cozy cabin is perfect for those looking to spend a peaceful and lovely time near the white sand in Old Orchard Beach. Access to a trail is located at the end of our street which is great for hiking and biking through the beautiful Maine countryside. Inside the cottage, you'll be comfortable too with a comfortable bed, A/C, a Smart TV, and free WIFI. Enjoy many nearby eateries or cook in the fully equipped kitchen, or stop by the market for cooked lobsters that is just around the corner. Better yet, relax with a book on the front porch or catch some sun in the small outdoor space. There's a gas grill for your use. Parking for one vehicle in the designated spot for your unit is available. This convenient location makes it easy and interesting to walk to the beach, pier, restaurants, and drug, dollar and grocery stores.

7-night minimum preferred, Saturday-Saturday, during the months of June-September. One dog may be approved, written approval is required, most breeds will be considered, no puppies. A separate pet fee will be charged and must comply with the pet policy.

A beach buggy along with two beach chairs and two beach towels will be available to you for your use during your stay.

Now a few rules: This location is in a quiet family neighborhood, and excessive noise or parties are not permitted. No smoking inside. No firecrackers and/or fireworks or loud music at any time is permitted.
